When last did you take time out to think about your dreams, to think about the things that you are passionate about, that give your life a sense of purpose and that makes you really happy? Under each aspect of your life write a wish list of all the things you would love to do. What would make you feel energized and excited?
The list will clarify what is important to you and you can then focus on the things that give you energy. Using the list you have drawn up, write down the goals you would like to achieve for the year. Every day do at least one thing that will help you achieve your goal.
Each person has different needs and dreams that are unique to them. No-one can make you happy except yourself. So don't wait around for other people - you'll wait forever. Start now and invest some time in yourself by discovering your dreams.
