Whenever you feel that you have something to celebrate or if things are becoming too much for you – take a few minutes out of your day and write – whatever comes into your head, whether its about your weight, food or just about the your experiences that day.
I keep a journal and write whenever I feel the need. I experienced one of my greatest insights 6 years ago when I was rereading how I felt about my weight and how unhappy I was as a result of the excess weight I was carrying. Reading what I had written propelled me into action.
Knowing what a gift this can be I decided to incorporate an on-line journal for members of Unique Lifestyle. When you register as a member you will have access to your very own on-line journal. Write whenever you feel the need. Try and make it a habit. At the end of each week go back and read what you have written for the week. Often when you go back and reread what you’ve written you see things more objectively. You may find that you are able to pick up trends that you were unaware of. You’ll probably discover the most wonderful insights.
